The integrated logistics and supply chain management are the advanced spheres of the industry including a transport complex. Therefore the problems of effective processes management in the transport and logistic system must be analyzed basing on qualitatively new basis like an integrated approach. Such approach could consolidate the management and system engineering, risk management and the safety of supply chain and processes [1]. Then the complex solution of similar class problems needs to be considered within such formalized apparatus (method) which would promote the optimum results achievement with the simultaneous accounting of all restrictions and purposes that is achievable within the multiple criteria decision making methodology (MC DM) [2] and is applicable for the task of optimum logistic objects (LO) placement.
