dc.description.abstract	The article proposes classification approach to the analysis and the typology of socio-economic development strategies of municipal regions, which was used in solving practical problems during elaborating municipal regions strategies of the Tatarstan Republic in 2016. This approach is based on machine learning techniques and allows making both quantitative and qualitative assessment of main characteristic features of municipal strategies system of the Tatarstan. This system was developed in the middle of 2016, approved by regional government and accepted for municipal authorities' execution. The article presents the results of clustering and grouping of municipal regions' strategies produced by the analytical output of several clustering methods, including k-means and agglomerative hierarchical clustering (complete link method, pair-group method using arithmetic averages and Ward methods). Three sections of municipal strategies, which included near 40 indicators, were analyzed.	ru_RU
