dc.description.abstract	Currently, information technology is one of the most important drivers of labour productivity to increase efficiency of economic activities. The aggravation of the geopolitical situation that happened to Russian economic system over the past few years have shown the vulnerability of the our financial sector and some other sectors of the national economy from foreign manufacturers and suppliers of various kind of software that led to the intensification of the economic policy of import substitution in this area. As a result of conducted analysis it is concluded that information technologies are permit creating a brand new infrastructure for economic agents, allow them more easily enter foreign markets, became more globally, actively participate in international division of labour. Also we show the necessity of creating economic clusters in the field of information and communication in the regions of Russia, to intensify the placement of state orders in the field	ru_RU
