The article gives the reflection on the term «maternity«. As the result on conducting short scientific research it was discovered that there is no any definition for this term in the international legislation. Far more full explanation for this term is given only in In Russian disctionaries. This term is widely used by different branches of law of Russian legislation and it is represented at legal doctrine. Norms on the protection of maternity and childhood are contained in more than 30 international statutory and regulatory enactments. The article lists the most important articles where the protection on the institute «maternity« runs like a golden thread. |
