dc.description.abstract	In this research we investigate the location rationality and the need of further investment in the Sviyazhsk interregional multimodal logistics center development situated on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan. The republic territory is attractively located which gives to it some advantages, but the development issues of the noted logistics center still produce the mass of contradictions related to the facility location and to its possibilities of all types of transport using. The aim of the study is an estimation of logistic center possible process utilization rates with the perspective freight turnover due to its physical location in the region and also its impact to the regional development. Basing on this analysis is determined the degree of conformity of the proposed picture to the real regional development rate which has a significant role at the crossroads of the two global international transport corridors. For the forecasting were used the formalized methods based on t	ru_RU
