In today's world enhanced mutual countries and peoples, due to the influence of global social, economic, political, cultural and educational processes. In such circumstances, no doubt expand educational contacts, increasing the number of young people wishing to study in another country. Accordingly, there are significant changes in education caused by the expansion of multicultural space. And the Russian education system is no exception, today the country is at the stage of major structural changes caused by the entry of Russia into the European Higher Education Area.
