    Аннотация The modeling of complex multifactor heat exchange processes with phase transformations in liquid emulsions is considered. The mechanisms of these thermophysical phenomena, which form the pattern of heat distribution, are associated with the behavior of dispersed phase droplets. The possibility of carrying out and optimal conditions for many technological processes in various industries is often predetermined by the state of the dispersed phase. In such cases, the use of standard software based on continual models is limited to the framework of formalizing the characteristics of systems of immiscible liquids. It is proposed that the real content of these processes be modeled using the most simple, elementary physical phenomena. Instead of complete mathematical models, a set of such phenomena is considered, based on the physical content of a real complex thermophysical process. The adequacy of the accepted composition and structure of interrelations of elementary physical phenomena in the form of criterion regression interrelations is estimated on the basis of experimental data. Consider a choice of dimensionless criteria for heat transfer processes for the case of boiling overheated drops.
