In the paper with the modern quality management methods using is argued the rationality of rehabilitation equipment production for the patients with the hand and fingers movement disorders basing on the 3D - printing technology. Then we made an estimation based on the comparative analysis of the branch simulators produced with the 3D-printing technology in the Russian Federation and by the foreign companies. After the analysing the unique features of the case study simulator, we focused specifically on the proposed manufacturing method advantages, as well as on the prospects for the rehabilitation devices production development. We conclude with the offering the few suggestions for such products standardization in the national practice for the quality assurance and efficiency purposes. |
