Аннотация

In this article, the authors consider the concept of “public (civil) anti-corruption control” as an element of state policy in the field of prevention and combating corruption. Analyzed the legal framework of public (civil) anti-corruption control at the federal and regional levels, including federal laws, decrees of the President of the Russian Federation, laws and other regulatory acts of subjects of the Russian Federation, highlighted the existing problems in the definition of this concept.
