Аннотация

This article covers an issue of civil identity construction by means of facilitation (not directive management but support, improvement) of social interaction. Nowadays any human being is required more circumstantial and versatile preparation for successful activity in the dissonance situations of the opinions, views, world picture divergences to know and understand oneself, to control oneself in the proneness to interethnic conflicts.
