| Аннотация |
The article analyzes the effects of digital technologies on the socio-economic development of Russian society. As a part of the study, we analyzed the degree of development of information infrastructure in the Russian Federation regions, as well as general economic indicators of regional development. The influence of educational development indicators on socio-economic development is studied. As indicators of the development of regional higher education, the following indicators were analyzed: the number of universities, the number of teachers and the number of students per 10,000 people of the population. The obtained results of the regression model indicate the need to invest in higher education and attract highly qualified personnel to higher education institutions, since these indicators have an impact on the accumulation of intellectual capital in the region and, as a result, on the potential of its future development. |
