| Аннотация |
The paper researches the problem of the legal regime of digital platforms. The relevance of the chosen topic is due to the widespread use of digital platforms in various sectors of the economy, including digital platforms based on artificial intelligence (AI), neural networks (NN) and big data (BD), and the lack of legal regulatory framework for the category “digital platform«. In practice, there are more and more problems associated with the use of digital platforms that need to be resolved through legal means. Thus, in Russia, it became necessary to improve legislation in the field of antimonopoly activity in connection with the dominant position in the digital economy market. |
