dc.description.abstract	The conducted econometric analysis forecasted the consumption convergence in the regions to the same sustainable state in the long term, which corresponds to the concept of their sustainable development. The analysis revealed cooperation (when a strong region gives resources to a weak one) of consumption in the regions. The hypothesis of insufficient use of consumer sector digitaliza-tion to achieve sustainable development was expected to be confirmed. The negative impact of the deposits size and the savings rate on the average growth rate of consumer spending per capita is revealed, which may indicate the dynamic inefficiency of the economy in the regions and inequality in the income distribution.	ru_RU
