dc.description.abstract	The purpose of the study is to analyze the role of the application of law in the historical formation and development of identity politics as a set of norms and rules of behavior of a community of people. The research methodology is based on the analysis of the world law enforcement practice of regulating identity politics taking into account the development of public doctrinal concepts in certain historical periods. The study suggests that in modern conditions the breadth of coverage of this concept levels its essence as defining self-identifications to one degree or another inevitably contradict others.	ru_RU
