| Аннотация |
the purpose of the study is to identify the features of the implementation of public-private partnership (PPP) models in the infrastructure complex of the Russian Federation, as well as to determine the directions for the development of lawmaking and law enforcement practice. In accordance with the goal, the following tasks were set and solved in the study: the results of the analysis of infrastructure projects implemented on the principles of PPP are presented, taking into account industry affiliation, regions of location and differences in funding volumes; the content of changes in legislative acts regulating partnership relations with the participation of the state and business is presented; opinions of representatives of the expert community regarding the problems, the solution of which requires further improvement of the instruments of legal regulation of PPP, are summarized.The result of the study is a conclusion about the significant potential of public-private partnership models, the implementation of which will contribute to the further development of infrastructure facilities and the restoration of growth in the Russian economy. The implementation of the formulated legislative proposals will ensure the protection of the in- terests of investors, as well as the effectiveness of investment decisions in the area under study. |
