Modern intelligent management systems allow you to effectively manage the personnel of the organization, taking into account the professional and personal qualities of workers.
Earlier we created an information-analytical system, which allows using open quantitative and qualitative data of the user of social network “VKontakte”, which is an employee of the organization, with a high degree of reliability to predict his professional and academic success. Prediction is made with the help of a neural network trained on the normalized data. The values of such integral indicators as professional and academic success were calculated using weighting coefficients for the parameters on the basis of which these indicators are constructed.
A more complete prediction of employee success made it necessary to develop a module of the information-analytical system for predicting the social success of an employee who is a user of a social network. A social graph was constructed for each user. Metric values of all the users of the social graph were normalized and presented in the form of grades. The set of metrics for constructing the integral index of social success was formed under the condition of minimizing their number. For this purpose, a correlation analysis of profile metrics and social graph of social network user was conducted. The degree of relevance of the data was assessed using such an indicator as the frequency of the user's presence in the social network. |
