    Аннотация The article considers the characteristics of multinational regions and their influence on conceptual approaches to the development of global competencies in university students. The need to take into account the cultural, social, and economic characteristics of such regions, as well as their influence on educational strategies and teaching methods when developing global competencies in students is substantiated. This allows them to prepare for work in a diverse and dynamic world, where knowledge, skills, attitudes, values, and activities are key factors in the success of a modern graduate, is substantiated.
