Аннотация

When training, working accompanied with monotony, uniformity, lack of space the necessity of systematic relaxation to activate the work place has been established long ago both in psychological and in student teaching. In general relaxation ? a quick switch to another activity, by its nature differs greatly from the basic one, which will remove the psychological, physical and emotional fatigue. Pedagogical experience today has a rich set of forms of the relaxation, allowing to increase efficiency of studies, in particular of an English lesson at any stage and any period.
