Аннотация

The article defines the problems and the organization of educational and socio-pedagogical work with older people. As a necessary condition for realization? Tion model of working age represented the education system, the organization of communication and leisure elderly, introduced in experience Yelabuga municipal district. Systemically important center of this work is presented Institute of active age (DRI). Integral part of the AWI is the organization of courses and the involvement of the older generation to the educational work with children and youth.
