Аннотация

The article is devoted to the analysis of legal terms in fiction, namely in a detective novel. The main attention is focused on the issues of thematic classification of criminal law terms based on the specific functions they tend to fulfill in a detective novel, peculiarities of the author?s style, the strict structure and the system of integral elements of a detective novel, and the logical model of the English legal system.
