| Аннотация |
The actuality of the work is presupposed by the fact that psychological research of interconnection between a
person and a profession is of great demand now. It has become an important field of study due to several reasons.
First of all it is necessary to have a clear vision of psychological rules of the subject of the activity when he is
developing. It is important to specify the role of individual and psychological peculiarities of the person involved
in this process. The field of study also concerns the problem of adaptation of the person to the professional
activity. The article is aimed at the generalizing of results conducted during long term research of the personality
in the process of professional activity with the target of revealing development prospects. The main method used
was psychognosis of psychodiagnostics of individual psychological peculiarities of the personality. On the basis
of professiographic research and results of psychodiagnostics we conclude in the article |
