Аннотация

The conditions of open society in Russia, creation of new welfare space caused changes not only in economic and political spheres of society, but also in a sociocultural context of learning the foreign languages. In these conditions the foreign language, being the way of cross-cultural communication and self-realization in the outside world, becomes really demanded in life and activity of the person. Respectively, considerably the status of a foreign language as a subject matter that conducts to reconsideration and radical updating of the content of training in a foreign language increases. The statement of the new purposes and the problems of training answering to the need of the development in pupils the ability to use the language as the instrument of communication and generalization in a context of dialogue of cultures most conforms to requirements of development of society at the present stage.
