The experiments were carried out on terrestrial gastropods pulmonary mollusc Helix lucorum, (Gastropoda, Pulmonata) of the Crimean population. Injections of inhibitors of NO-synthase L-NAME, 7-indazole, aminoguanidine, of NO-donors of sodium nitroprusside, DNIC, of ODQ introduced to snails daily, 30 minutes before the session begins of reflex training in volume 0.1 ml in the area of the sinus node. For the control were chose snails, which were introduced by saline solution (SS) to snails (0.1 ml) with ascorbic acid in the same terms as in the experimental series. It was shown that the inhibition of NO-synthase before the elaboration of conditioned reflex ? food aversion affects the learning (worsted) compared with snails, which was injected by SS. Exogenous donor of nitric oxide, sodium nitroprusside, on the contrary, accelerates the formation of conditioned reflex ? food aversion affects in snails in comparison with the control animals. |
