dc.description.abstract	Abstract. The paper analyses the issues related to the implementation of the state policy in the field of public education in the 1920s. It also considers the problems of incorporation of the teaching corps in the state educational system, those of social adaptation of teaching and cultural socialization of students within the class-politicized system of Soviet education in Tatarstan. We reveal the ideological and practical problems associated with the transition from pre-revolutionary school to Soviet one. We have addressed to new archival materials from the funds of municipal and cantonal departments of public education of the Republic of Tatarstan, which allow us to show the action of the Tatarstan leadership in the process of formation of new teaching staff.	ru_RU
