dc.description.abstract	Currently, the problem of water pollution in Nizhnekamsk area as an urbanized industrial area of the Republic of Tatarstan is extremely acute. The increase of anthropogenic impact on catchment areas while reducing the volume of water protection measures leads to an increase in pollution both wastewater and surface water. Contaminated water objects become unfit to drink and often for technical water supply and lose their fishery value and also become unsuitable for agriculture industry. Expected results of further scientific studies will disclose the basic ways to solve environmental problems on the development of the methods for evaluating and predicting the risk of pollution contaminants, toxicants of different origin of surface water using an electronic detector and then the remote control, allowing to identify the danger degree and the impact of the priority pollutants on health and quality of population life.	ru_RU
