Аннотация

The article presents the author's comparative empirical data of the changing role of basic social institutions and the characteristics of the formation of value orientations of the population of the Republic of Tatarstan in various spheres of life in the domestic modernization: labor (professional) life, political (civil), religious, familial, ethnic. The features of the identification characteristics of individual socio-demographic and settlement communities. The identified values and social well-being of the population interact with the state, with its current socio-economic transformations. It is obvious that we need to strengthen its role in the ethno-cultural, socio-professional, social and political identity, as well as holding a strong social policy in the sphere of family [10] and education.
