| Аннотация |
The influence of various factors on the energy intensity of the gross domestic product in the context of the ongoing Western countries sanction pressure has been studied. It has allowed to identify the factors that have a decisive impact on the energy intensity value. The calculations have revealed that the improvement of the energy efficiency of domestic economy is mostly under the influence of the activation of innovative activity of industrial enterprises as the result of the increased funding of R&D activities and the growth of the final consumption of electric energy by households. The modeling of dynamics of energy intensity of gross domestic product in different scenarios of continued Western countries sanction pressure on Russia made it possible to assess their impact on possible changes in the country economy from the standpoint of its energy efficiency.
