Аннотация

The given article analyzes the semantics and functioning of the lexeme igra (game) in the literary works of Russian poets of XIX-XX centuries. The lexical-semantic version of the most often implemented in a poetic text word is detected and the analysis of the distribution of such lexemes is accomplished. The peculiarity of using the word igra in the poetic works is described with a focuson paradigmatic concept of he artistic image. The essential features of the lexeme igra are revealed in its combination with the words zabava, veseliye, radost', etc. (fun, gladness, joy, and hers). As a result of studying various cases of intentional rapprochement of noun igra with lexical series related to other conceptual areas, other model types are detected in which the analyzed word serves as a way of comparison. It is found out that the most voluminous among them are the following paradigms: 'existential → game'; 'battle → game'; 'mental → game'; 'creativity → game'.
