Аннотация

Introduction of new educational standards results in change of a teacher's position and causes the necessity to search effective educational technologies to achieve the planned goals of training. The optimization of additional vocational-pedagogical education and self-education processes and their management on the basis of the design approach provide the efficiency growth and productivity of teachers' advanced training and professional retraining. The article is devoted to the problems and perspectives of teachers' project activity organization in institutions of additional vocational education system.
