dc.description.abstract	The work analyzes the concept of educational work developed and implemented by us with the help of social and cultural activities in the Naberezhnye Chelny branch of the University of Management «TISBI«. The results of the research indicate that socio-cultural activities are a means of educating students, if the following conditions are met: the participa-tion of young people in the search, creativity, transformation of the environment becomes more active. In such activities a free choice of ways of mastering the content, a circle of communication in the microenvironment have been provided, a positive emotional back-ground, a situation of success have been creating. A program of individual assistance to each member of the student group is developed and implemented.	ru_RU
