The relevance of the paper is conditioned by the need to take into account the personal peculiarities of students when implementing educational curricula within the framework of vocational education. The purpose of the paper is to improve the abilities and willingness of students to testing control of their knowledge on the basis of identifying the features of types' communication of self-management with peculiarities of attention in adolescence when they perform a study assignment. To identify the problem of the rate of solving test tasks, psychological and pedagogical techniques were used: the Toulouse-Pieron test to study the attention and the test of S. Khusainova. «Activities anxiety.« The authors presented empirical material and defined the classification of trainees' characteristics (self-management, activities anxiety), contributing to the development of individual educational trajectories and improving the quality and speed of the performance of study assignments.
