dc.description.abstract	Article is devoted to development of public-private partnership at the regional level. The attention is focused that the public-private partnership as the mechanism of the organization of business cooperation with authorities can create a basis for development of the region, receiving economic entities and additional income to the budget. In work the rating made by the Center of PPP development together with the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation about the level of development of public-private partnership in regions of the Russian Federation is presented. Key indicators which show relationship of business and the power are investigated and measures for activation of PPP projects are proposed. Regions of Volga federal district are estimated on the level of development of small and medium business and on quality of conditions for conducting business, investment attractiveness and on the created infrastructure for business support.
