Аннотация

In the research is offered an optimizing approach for the territories logistic capacity rating assessment from the objective analysis and the impact of which depends the formation and development of its transport and logistics structure. The multicriteria optimization method offered by the authors allows not only revealing the logistic resources possibilities of each administrative and territorial unit in the explored region but also could promote its future integration into the internal and international transport corridors system, with the new opportunities creating for the regional economic development strategy
