dc.description.abstract	The author describes the results of the study of language features of communica-tion during the job interview. The material for the study is transcripts of the real inter-views presented in the series "Cadres decide" on the online ?UspehTV? channel. Such nomenclature units as official names and ergonyms including job titles and titles of or-ganizations are active lexical markers of speech strategies for recruiters and job seekers. The actualization of the nomenclature vocabulary in the course of oral interaction (alt-hough most often used in written texts - documents, etc.) is explained by the extra lin-guistic factor - the specificity of the business environment within which communication is carried out: on one hand, the search for a new post in an organization, and, on the other hand, matching a potential employee to an open position in the relevant organiza-tion.	ru_RU
