Аннотация

The article studies the history of the foundation and stages of the Kazan Kremlin development as a military, political and trade center, as an important city in the history of Volga Bulgaria, the Golden Horde, the Kazan Khanate and the Russian state, its inclusion on the UNESCO World Heritage List. The paper provides an overview of research, archaeological, restoration, emergency response and conservation works and systematizes materials on the history of the legal framework creation and innovative development concepts, analyzing the factors, techniques, methods, and specific actions that contributed to the creation of the museum-reserve.
