Аннотация

Ensuring the continuous production of housing and communal services, forms quality indicators of the human environment. The strategic orientation of the municipal management system allows enterprises to adapt to changing market conditions. In order to ensure the successful functioning and development of the industry, the classification and assessment of the probability of occurrence of negative events is carried out., which are a manifestation of latent or real threat to the safety of the human environment. With the development of global processes of urban areas growth, the problem of risks and the quality of the living environment has become perceived as a basic component of the management mechanisms of economic systems in the sphere of public services. In order to create conditions for the successful operation and development of enterprises, the classification and assessment of the probability of negative events. These negative events are a manifestation of latent or real threat to the safety of the human environment.
