In this paper we study the relationship between the frequency of the title Emperor usage and the development of its semantics against the background of sociocultural changes in society using the material of Russian. The research includes the semantic and axiological evaluation of the Google Books Ngram corpus digrams. The diachronic quantitative study of the linguistic-cultural concept was carried out according to the method developed by the authors of the article also in comparative purposes in English, Chinese, German, French and Spanish. |
