    Аннотация Educational sphere as a structure is closely interrelated with all public institutions and facilitates progress in a socio-cultural aspect being at the cutting edge of new crucial transformations; at the same time, it instantly reflects any changes the society experiences. This proves the rationale for considering future teachers' training to negotiate in conflict situations. In this regard, the paper is aimed to identify problem areas in psychological, pedagogical and methodological preparation of future teachers for professional activities in risk settings, and to specify appropriate techniques to develop negotiation skills to negotiate in conflict situations.
