Аннотация

Education is the sphere that is primarily affected by the reforms taking place in any country. The article discusses the features of personal self-development in the digital world, in the conditions of rapid changes of the competencies demanded on the job market, and determines the qualities of an effective employee. In order to study the features of personal self-development in the digital world during lockdown, the authors analysed the research works on the issue in question and studied the opinions of specialists in training students in higher educational establishments.
