dc.description.abstract	One of the most relevant issues due to its insufficient elaboration under modern social and economic conditions, is the issue of legal protection of the minors. The problem of deviant behavior prevention among students under the extreme conditions caused by the coronavirus pandemic, as well as the insufficient coordination of state manifestations of the youth, are among the most relevant topics in education, criminology and social studies, as deviant behavior, for the first place, poses danger for the society. Also, deviant behavior causes offences of law and involves minors in them. According to the existent hypothesis, the higher the indicators of deviant behavior are, the higher the number of illegal acts	ru_RU
