This article is devoted to the study of higher educational institutions
students motor activity in the conditions of self-isolation. It was introduced
in the spring of 2020 in the cities of our country, as well as the need to introduce
distance learning for students of higher educational institutions.
The motor activity of students after the end of isolation was studied. In the
course of the study, the motor activity and subjective indicators of students
' well-being were analyzed and evaluated. The students ' well-being was
monitored on the basis of self-control diaries. The diaries were filled in
by students every day during self-isolation and after removal. During the
physical education classes tatar traditional games were included to raise
the emotional background of the students. Throughout the study, the subjective
indicators of well-being and the types of activities used by students
changed. |
