The subject matter is the search for an effective model of specialist training at university. While analyzing the problems
of teacher tr aining for preschool education we discovered that this education is mainly academic, far from practice and the developed methodological ideas. The methodology of the study is based on the statement that thinking and speech
are interdependent processes (Vyg Vygotsky, 1999), as well as on the structural approach to communication analysis (
genthalergenthaler, 1980). The study lasted for three years (2017 -2020). They were used in cognitive, i.e. literature, speech and rhetoric classes. All together 8 groups of exercises were used in the experiment: 4 groups of traditional physical training
exercises and 4 groups of non -standard musicalmusical-dancing ones. Dancing groups of exercises included music and acrobatic
rockrock-and -roll movements ( 2020). The experiment (evidence from developing physical and cognitive regula-
tory functions in children) result showed that preschool teachers professional training must be of anthropological nature,
in other words, be focused on revealing and studying the inter nal principles of child development; and projecting tech-
niques for preschool education should be based on these principles. All that allowed us to conclude that the anthropolog-
ical model of specialist training at university should be not only practicepractice-orie nted but also researchresearch-oriented. Herewith,
students' research work must be not just academic but also action -oriented. |
