Аннотация

The article is devoted to the study of the problem of transformation of the socio-cultural environment of the historical center of Kazan, related both to the technical need to replace collapsing buildings and to the changing socio-cultural demands of society. The most interesting solutions of interaction of traditions and innovations in the historical center of cities and restored destinations are considered.
