dc.description.abstract	The competitiveness of modern enterprises depends on the successful implementation of the integrative model «education-science-production«. Unfortunately, the system of higher education does not meet the needs of society and the labor market. In the socio-economic sphere, non-systemic transformations are observed: the preponderance of specialists in some areas of training with a colossal deficit in others. Graduates of certain specialties remain unclaimed after receiving a diploma. Unclaimed specialists in the labor market point to a huge gap between the parties of one system - the university, employers and graduates themselves. On the other hand, employers show unnecessarily high requirements for graduates. The competencies of future financial managers are formed without taking into account the needs in the real sector of the economy.	ru_RU
