dc.description.abstract	This article is devoted to the study of the work of Kasim Bikkulov, who was known at the beginning of the 20th century as a poet and writer, educator, religious figure, who dedicated his life to writing and education of people. His literary heritage includes numerous poems, works of small prose, about a dozen novels. Like many famous personalities, he left a rich literary heritage, as well as work on local history, theology. K. Bikulov actively worked on the preparation and publication of «Books for reading« for students of Tatar schools and madrassas, where he included his works aimed at familiarizing children with certain genres of literature, the world of nature and the customs of the Tatar people, the surrounding world of man. Similarly many teachers, the writer believed in the power of the impact of poetry on readers and used in their practical teaching activities educational potential of the literary text. His numerous works and books for reading were published several times in printers working in the beginning of the century. In Soviet times, K. Bikkulov was arrested and his literary-methodological legacy of the forgotten. The relevance of the work is explained by ignorance of the literary heritage of the writer. In this regard, the article deals with poems that form the basis of creative activity of the writer and are a certain contribution to the development of Tatar educational thought of the early twentieth century. «Books to read«, which contain numerous samples of poetry, reflecting the educational traditions of the second half of the nineteenth and beginning of the XX century are analyzed in this work in a comparative perspective with the work of M. Akmulla, known in the second half of XIX century poet and educator and studied in the aspect of Tatar literature.	ru_RU
