| Аннотация |
The article analyzes the systems of crimes against the person in the criminal legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan, analyzes systems and types of punishments, as well as types and types of sanctions for these crimes in the Criminal Codes of the above-mentioned states. The author's calculations of the number of all types and types of sanctions, including the percentage ratio, provided by the articles of the sections on crimes against the person of the three studied criminal laws are given. As a result of a comparative analysis of the criminal legislation of Russia. Kazakhstan, Central Asian and Middle Eastern states the use of useful foreign experience and additions to Part 1 of Article 105, Article 128 , 153 and 157 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation are proposed. |
