The report presents software tools that include components of a fuzzy expert system and a geographic information system. Fuzzy expert system methods have been used to improve the efficiency of decision making when working with incomplete and contradictory data. Geographic information technology has been used to distribute and visualize spatial data on a map. The interaction of both components will improve the efficiency of scientific projects in solving various types of problems in research processes. Access to replenishment and processing of the knowledge base is performed by a subject area expert (administrator), and elements of intelligent search using fuzzy logic and a visualizer (map) are available to the average user. The software tool is a web resource with the ability to function on all modern platforms. Our research is aimed at improving the effectiveness of decision making in complex situations. |
