| Аннотация |
This paper is dedicated to making an analysis of some historical aspects of the relations between Russia and Venezuela through a period of time from the 18th century to our days, revealing the importance that both nations have in their territorial space and world that its occupy, likewise, the development of bilateral relations between both States from a political and cultural perspective. We will make a brief historical review of bilateral relations and the context in which they have been developed. The arguments presented by this paper have a particularly critical and analytical intention from a Latin American point of view. |
