:«The article considers aspects of the development of ecological and ecological-geographical tourism in the Northern region of the Republic of Tatarstan. The natural conditions, resources, specially protected natural territories of the region, as well as their importance for tourism are analyzed. Special attention is paid to the development of infrastructure for tourists and environmental education of the population.
