    Ключевые слова The automotive industry continues to undergo dramatic changes driven by technological advances, changing market demands and an emphasis on sustainability. At the same time, the automotive industry remains one of the fastest growing in the world. An assessment of the role of Chinese companies revealed how they are becoming leading players in the automotive industry at the international level. The example of the successful integration of innovative technologies at BYD Co. Ltd. (hereinafter BYD) demonstrated the ability to adapt to changing market conditions. An analysis of the impact of geopolitical factors on BYD?s activities showed how external circumstances can have a significant impact on strategic decisions and business transformation. Modern technological trends such as digitalization, automation and the development of artificial intelligence play a key role in optimizing business processes of manufacturing companies.
